Tilt shoe - 3/8 × 15/16 × 1 7/8, red pivot

Sash balance is stamped BSI 28B AT, dimensions of this shoe are 3/8 × 15/16 × 1 7/8, with a red pivot. Need to replace this shoe and clip from which shoe connects to sash balance. Thank you for your assistance- Greg

Thanks for contacting us, Greg. The shoe is similar to our 15-212 pivot shoe. Ours doesn't have a red cam, but I don't think that will be an issue. 

I'm not sure about that clip you show. I don't recognize it. What is its function? Could we see a clearer picture of it on the balance?
