Arencó window 2740 BSI with mark NG

A quick learner from Texas says:

Looks like a NG mark. 'This is from a Alenco window that a home inspector broke (while inspecting my deceased Mom's house for sale) I need to order two of these (same for each side I assume) Please let me know as soon as possible if you have one of these or what I need to do to get 2 of these parts.  I would like to get this part as soon as possible.

We should definitely be able to help, but your pictures don't show me the top nylon fitting. I only see the bottom. If I were to guess, I would say the S390-28 may be what you're looking for. This comes with a 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom fitting. You should carefully review these parts to ensure they match what you have now.

Thanks! These pictures are a help. I see now that your top fitting has wings, which means I will change my suggestion to the S395-28. This has the same 15-001 bottom fitting, but this time the top fitting is a 19-005

A quick learner from Texas says:
I am having to backorder this part. So just to confirm I need two of this part - https://www.swisco.com/28-Series-395/pd/Series-395-Channel-Balances/S395-28 the 2740. Is that correct?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Yes, as long as the 19-005 and 15-001 fittings match then that will work for you.
