Thanks for the additional photos! They're a huge help. My recommendation is the S385-30 or S380-30 channel balance. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll need to measure as shown below. Based on your 2930 stamp, you will also need the 2930 spring strength option.

It is entirely possible that you have our 15-029 shoe, yes. We can make you a balance that uses this shoe, but as it's not a standard configuration it will have to be a custom order. Just note that this is 7/8" deep, not 13/16"; it's possible that yours simply wore down over time from use.
