On the arm from the end part where it curbs seems to be around 8" 1/2 or 9" . The number under the arm on both are 40754. In one of them has the number 20545 and the other one 30744. I have other photos I can send.

Thanks for posting. I am confident our 39-031 and its opposite 39-032 would be the correct replacement crank operator for your hardware. Carefully review and compare the measurements shown on the diagram below to confirm.
Dimensions for 39-031
These are compatible with the 39-107 cover along with the 39-114L Crank handle.
