I don't know what it's called but this holds the end of an arm that penetrates the window frame. The arm has a "pin" at the end that act as a pivot point , you can see how the part has a space for that I need two of them.

Hi and thank you for your reply. It's not a latch. It is just a plate with an indentation for the back of an arm and it's pivot pin. Not sure if that clarifies things.
