Hi, I bought a "Sash Dyad Crank, 5" a few days ago.
Order number 3033460
When I compared it with existing parts, I realized that it is too long. See the photo attached. Looks like the existing part's arm length is 4.5".
Do you have that part available?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we do not sell the 39-188 operator with the link arm length you need. The best options we can offer are to either try the operator as it is to see if it works or to swap the arm from your old operator with the new one. To do this, you'll need to drill out both the new and old arms and use the 62-014B rivet. When installing this rivet, it's best to hammer it in over a metal plate if you have one available.
