The part you are searching for is the corner tilt latch for a tilt window sash. Yours reminds me of the 26-110 LH and 26-111 RH Top Tilt Corner Latches. These are used along with the 26-119 Sash Release Lever.
Take a look to confirm that these are the replacement latches you'll need.
