do direction come with my 21-209 pivot bracket

The 21-209 bracket you purchased doesn't come with instructions, but it should be relatively straightforward. You would need to remove the track from the frame and slide these brackets in from the end. Once they're in place, you'll engage the top and bottom pins with the track to reinstall the doors.
