Hey Nicole. Looks like you need non-tilt channel balances, but I can't say what without seeing the originals. Is there another window in the house of the same or similar size with the balances still intact? If so, can you remove them and show us the nylon fittings on either end, as well as any stamp code on the metal channel?

Can you also tell us the height of visible glass in this window sash that's missing its balances? And can you give us the exact weight of this sash (perhaps via a bathroom scale)?

From there, I'll do my best to find what you need.

Hey Nicole, we're getting there. Is there any identical or similar-sized window in the house with the balances intact? If so, can you remove and show us its fittings? We'll do our best to assist you from there. Many thanks.

Hey, I'm sorry, both windows don't have it.

Perhaps I can be of assistance. I believe you have an Alpine window that uses Series 385 Channel Balance. For a visual glass height of 24", I would use the S385-25 with a stamp option of 2430. The 2430 option will hold a sash weighing 15 through 19 pounds.
