Without having the original on hand, it will be very difficult to find the right replacement seal. That said, take a look at our 58-169 nail on foam seal or the 58-180 stick-on foam seal. These don't need a pre-existing slot to install and can mount directly to the door. I'm not sure if these will work, but they're certainly worth considering.
