door guide on sliding glass door

I saw a you tube video showing a guide track cover being placed over the existing cover showing your part and being installed by simply using a piece of wood and a hammer to put the part in place. This is exactly what I am looking for but the only thing from the video said to contact Swisco but didn't supply any part numbers, length (had to be cut to length), or any other description. I would place an order right now if I could have that part identified.
