Question

pin falls down pin closest to the door
door handle doesn't work right and handle stays open.
i push rivot thing from bottom to make handle work again

Thanks for your post! The best replacement options we have for this storm handle are the 40-058 Lever Handle With Deadbolt Set or the 40-152 Pull Handle Set which would need to be paired with the 40-155 Keyed Deadbolt.
