door handle broken

Home Owner from Kingston, RI, USA
Hi
I have several of these doors; one of the handles has broken on the exterior; the portion connecting the wooden part to the black plate against the door has snapped - it is a purely exterior break, not involving any parts internal to the latch or lock.  I do not see any part numbers anywhere and am loathe to take it apart since it does latch at the moment.  Do you recognize the model handle and can I get a replacement?

Hey there. Can you tell us the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole on the handle set? Can you show us the mortise lock in the door? That will help narrow things down.

Hi
the distance from the center of one screw in the handle to the other screw appears to be 3 7/8".  I've attached a picture of the broken one and the latching parts.
thanks so much for whatever you can do.

Thanks for posting again. The mortise lock looks like our 82-226. We don't carry your exact handle set, but the 82-020, 82-033, and 82-030 all work as substitutes. See what you think.

The locking mechanism may be fine. The break is on the exterior handle. Is it possible to just replace the exterior handle?

thanks.

I am afraid not. We do not sell these exterior pulls separately, nor do we have this exact style. A new handle set is our best offer for you. I apologize for any inconvenience. Let us know if you have further questions.
