door handle for sliding door

Hi,
The handle fell off our sliding door. We do not know the manufacturer of the door and would like to identify a replacement part. I'm attaching some photos of the handle and the door. Thanks!

Hello there. It looks like the thumb lever is closet to the bottom of the inside pull, rather than centered. Is that correct? If so, the 82-090 could work for your door. Also consider the 82-030.
