Can you confirm the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? That will allow us to find something that won't require you to drill new holes. It looks like 3-15/16", but I'd still like you to confirm.

Assuming I'm right, you could use our 82-030 to repair your door.

Ahh, I see. I was surprised at first, but taking a closer look at the mortise in your first photo, I think that might be the 82-238. That means the handle you want is our 82-080. This has a 4-15/16" hole spacing and as long as your mortise does match our 82-238, as I suspect, then it should be fully compatible with your door.
