door handle replacement

I'm trying to replace a patio door handle and get a new set that will fit and if possible no additional drilling I don't see any markings but I have measurements

Hello there!

Check out the 82-030B. This measures 3-15/16" on the installation hole centers and has an offset keyed exterior pull. Have a look at the specifications and see what you think.
