door handle replacement

Question

Hi - it looks like the 82-089 handle will work as a replacement for mine. The measurements seem right but I'm worried about the middle hole being dead center on mine while it's closer to the bottom on the Legacy. IS that an issue? Also, do I need to order other parts like a mortise?

That is an issue, yes. Since the thumb lever is fixed in the bottom position on our 82-089, it won't align with your mortise lock. It won't work for you.

We sell the 82-030, as well. This functions the same way as the 82-089 except it has an adjustable thumb lever that can work in any position that you need.

These handles sets only come with the inside handle, outside handle, and thumb lever. All other parts are sold separately.
