Thanks for reaching out to us! The closest replacement we have for the hinge is the 42-008 4" Plain Bearing Hinge Pair, which is typically used for prime doors. Although, given the difference in the placement of the installation holes as well as the design of the hinge, I am not confident this would work as a suitable replacement.

I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for the locking system and handle set you have pictured here.

Your best bet may be to contact the manufacturer, if you know who they are and they are still in business.
