House was built 2012 and the sliding glass door handle broke and the seal broke on one of the windows. Any assistance you can give me would be greatly appreciated!! Since my understanding is that Thermal Industries is out of business.

At first glance, it appears that our 82-080 might be the best replacement. To be sure we're offering the best possible recommendation, seeing the mortise would be a big help. You'll also need to measure the hole spacing on the handle to confirm that it is 4-15/16".
I did notice that your handle is a satin nickel color. Please be aware that this the 82-080 is only made in white.
