Hi, welcome to SWISCO! Can you send a photo of the part you're looking to replace? We have a lot of jalousie parts and it's hard to tell what you mean.

I need the mechanism that turns the glass open or closed. the handle just spins and the glass does not open. The part number on the mechanism is s1400. Sorry, no picture.
