door lock reach out actuator

Question

Hi I have to repair this Anderson 2573558 reachout door lock actuator.
It does turn to pull the reach out part out.

What can i do for a quick fix

I am afraid this likely means the deadbolt assembly has broken down and needs to be replaced; these parts are not really meant to be repaired. If your old hardware matches the 82-037 Andersen Deadlock Assembly, then this is what you need.
