door model and replacement parts

Question

I'm currently renting a house and this morning the interior lock turn knob broke off of the sliding door. It's not equipped with an exterior lock cylinder, and I can't find a model number on the door anywhere. The etching in the glass tells me it has 2006 Guardian glass in it. How do I figure out what model the door itself is, and where is the best place to find replacement parts?
