I need to see if you can help me out with this. The pivots in 5 commercial doors are worn out and the doors are dragging on the sill plates. I was told that buildi g is 60 yrs old but i don't think the doors are. They look like late 80s to me. I don't know if they have a bushing that can be replaced or if they all need to replaced.
