door roller

Gents
I hope you can help me find this roller. The wheel diameter is 1-11/16" and they were installed new in 96. The wheel has "Saunders Engineering Corp, Miami FLA" stamped on it but I can't find any other ID numbers on the door frame or roller. No luck looking anywhere else online.

Hello, Tim. I'm afraid Saunders Engineering is no longer in business. In order to help you, we will need additional dimensions. Specifically, I will need to know the height, length, and thickness of the housing. I will also need to know the total width of the two locking tabs, as well as the distance from the bottom of the wheel housing to the beginning of the tab.

Thanks for the quick response. The dimensions are as follows:

width across the top of the housing is 2"
height is 1-7/16"
width across the tabs is 1"
distance from bottom of housing to bottom of tab is
5/16", distance to top of tab is 9/16"
The widest part of the housing is the section with the tabs and it is 13/16".

Sure thing! Based on your dimensions, the closest match is our 81-047 patio door roller with a nylon wheel.
