door rollers

Question

House was built in 1997, the windows are huge and the view is great...but the rollers have had better days. I have attached the sticker in hopes you can help me find replacements.

I'm sorry to say that this sticker doesn't tell me anything about the hardware used on this door. I know you aren't going to want to here this, but the only way to identify a patio glass door roller is to see it removed. There is no other way.

Specifically, we have to see the back side, top, and sides. You will also need detailed dimensions for the purposes of comparison, so you should make a point to get those while you have it out.

Once I have that data, I will do my best to find a match in our inventory. If you are unable to remove your roller at this time then it won't be possible for us to assist you on this project for now, but we're always here to help once it's possible.
