Thanks for writing in! While we do have many replacement patio door parts, I'm sorry to say we are not the manufacturer of this door. We may be able to assist with providing your with the replacements you need but that will depend on what you are looking to replace.

If you are only attempting to covert this to a door that uses a keyed lock, we can likely help; however, I'll need to see exactly how the handle set interacts with the mortise locking system you have pictured here. You have a very unique locking system, so I cannot guarantee that any of our handle sets would work as a suitable replacement.

We would not be able to supply you with a replacement for the mortise lock, unfortunately. I'm not sure our mortise locks would not work well as alternative replacements.
