double coil spring and pivot shoe assembly needed

Question

This is a picture of the parts that I removed after the pivot shoe lock broke from the assembly. Can you help me order the replacement parts?

There is a numer 5 stamped on the coil spring.

Thanks for writing in! The window balance you have is the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe, which is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balances. The coils are attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw.

You'll need to look for the stamp/markings on your coils to determine the correct replacements for them. There is also a video tutorial below with instructions for selecting the correct coils.

The support, used to anchor the coils in the window track, is the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip. These are used along with the 15-182 Balance Bushing.
