double door sliding patio doors, need rollers

I have Pella doors installed in 2001. THey are hard to roll and i am looking for replacement rollers. Writing on the glass:
CTG Tempered
16 FR 1201 II
SGCC 1805 5/32U

IGCC CBA GMAC
CIG-23-01

Is this enough or do you need more info?

Sorry, John. That info doesn't help. You'll need to take the door down to inspect the rollers if you want to find replacements. We'd be glad to take a look at some photos once you have the rollers in hand.
