Need a replacement part for this 2 year old lock as it no longer funtions.

Hello,
Your mortise lock is similar to the assembly that comes with the 82-402 lockset. Unforutnately, the mortise lock is not available separately.
View of the mortise lock included with 82-402
As for the black handle, see the 82-403. Review the specifications of both parts to confirm if they would work for your repair. Thanks for posting!
