I'm looking for balances and attachment parts for double hung Ply Gem windows. Here's the label.

Welcome to SWISCO. This surprises a lot of customers, but the label doesn't contain any helpful information for identifying the balances. Just show us the balances and list any codes you find printed on them. Can you send another photo?
