Milgard does not seem to be able to come up with the window (double hung) latch I need. Are you familiar with this latch? It has no screws to attach it to the frame. It appears to be held on with some kind of tiny spring that has snapped off.

I actually think our 90-320 would be a better option. I think Tom may have overlooked this one on accident. If you can tilt your window in, you should be able to access the lock and see how it installs. Ours doesn't use a spring, which you can see in the diagram below.
