Thanks for reaching out to us. We may be able to help with this. Can you remove an undamaged balance and show us photos of the assembly along with the attachments? This looks like a ribbed type of balance. The video below will detail the removal.

i have loewen double hung windows i need to see if you carry this top stop to add to my order for balancers i have 25" balancers with knife foot and 24tg

I do have ribbed channel balances I'm looking for the top spacers I am missing one thanks rob
