double hung mortise window latch

Can you please help identify a suitable replacement for the latch in my photos? There is no visible description on this window. The overall dimensions of the latch body are 86.5 x 18.0 x 10.5mm.

We'd like for you to start your search off looking closely into both our 26-243 and 26-244 to yours. The measurements you provided to us in millimeters doesn't seem to match up with our measurements.
