double hung traco window spring replacement

Hello, I am looking for new springs to fit these windows. They are Traco windows from the 80's. What would the part number be and how hard is the installation. Thanks

I believe you have a special kind of balance that will need to be custom made. We will need you to confirm the color, diameter, and length of the outer tube. It looks black to me, but I'm not sure if that's just the lighting or not. There should also be a number stamped on the tube, but if there isn't then we will need the weight of the sash. Finally, we will need to see the bottom shoe to which the balance is hooked. Thanks!
