double hung vinyl window parts

Hello, I am in need of replacement parts for my double hung vinyl windows. Attached is a picture of the parts and my notes after reviewing your website. I want to confirm the part numbers I referenced are the correct parts so I can place an order. I probably will not replace the coil portion as it does not appear to be damaged.
