double hung widow spring balance

Hello,
I am looking for spring balance unit (complete assembly) for my double hung window. as you see from the photos the code stamped on the outside of the unit is 6R and the # stamped on the leaf spring is 6ck. would you please direct me to the part I need to order.

Hello!

Start by comparing your dimensions to our 15-087, which uses the S180 coil springs, and see if this matches up to your original hardware. If your coil springs have a "6" stamped on them, see the S180-6.
