A home owner from queens ny says:

I need the spring , there is a number 7 on it. The pivot bar , icant get the other one out I dont want to break it, Best measurants i can give you is 1-3/8 to first hole 2-7/8 to second hole and holes are 1-1/2 apart. The pivot bar carrier is 1-1/4 wide , 1/2 deep , 1-1/2 high.

The pivot bar its 3 inches long one on top has a 1 or 7 on it the one on the bottom has a 3 on it, Could be for a # 7 spring and a 3 inch pivot bar.

Thanks for posting! Your exact coil balance setup isn't made anymore, but I believe that you can use our 15-175 as a substitute. This is 9/16" thick and 1-1/4" wide, and is compatible with our 1/2" thick Series 152 spring. 

Look these parts over and let me know if you agree. You may be able to reuse your old cover, but if that's not possible then you may be able to use our 15-143 and 15-144 front and back covers, as well as the 15-145 bushing. These sort of sandwich over the spring and cradle it in the window track.

Finally, for the pivot bar, we don't have one compatible with the 15-175 that matches your hole spacing. The only one that may work is our 26-030. If not, though, then you may need to drill a new hole in the sash to get this to work.
