double hung window coil balance

Question

My double hung window wont stay. I took off this single coil pivot balance shoe and found it missed a small parts. I wonder if you have the matched white circle that fit in the loop to make this complete? or maybe a new whole parts that I can purchase?

Please let me know the model and price.

Hello,

We don't sell the cam on its own, but take a look at our 15-180 pivot shoe to replace yours. Your coil looks like it's in good condition and you should be able to use it with your new shoe.

Also, we have noticed that these broken cams often result from tilting out your window without raising it. In the future, make sure to raise your window up about 3 inches before tilting it in to lessen your chance of having a broken cam in the future.
