This is the part that sticks out of the window that fits into the pivot lock shoes. it is longer than pictured this one has broken off

This is a pivot bar. It might be the tip of one like our 26-021, but I can't possibly say for sure from this fragment alone. You'll need to remove an undamaged pivot bar and compare to confirm.
