double hung window parts

Question

Would like to avoid returns and delays and so I'm submitting these photos. The white part appears to be a surface mounted tilt latch.
The second photo is of a pivot shoe that is in pretty bad shape. It's attached to a triple coil balancer, and it measures 2 in long, 3/4 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. However since it's still in its channel I am approximating.

We do not carry these exact tilt latches, but please start by reviewing the dimensions of the 26-243 and 26-244 to see how they compare to your originals.

The main difference is the style of tab as yours is more curved. We cannot guarantee the new style will not interfere with the balances in the window channel, but they are the best we can supply. Take a look to see what you think!

For the pivot shoe, are you able to provide pictures of the shoe removed from the window channel? We should be able to replace this style, but will need accurate measurements out of the channel. We do not carry a shoe with a 3/4" width. It may be 1-1/4" instead. Thank you!
