double hung window sash bracket

these brackets screw on the bottom of the sash and connects to the window stays, when the sash needs cleaning these brackets pivot so the window can be pulled forward

I don't have an undamaged one but the piece that broke off held a recessed screw that screwed into the bottom of the sash
