double hung window sash bracket

these brackets screw on the bottom of the sash and connects to the window stays, when the sash needs cleaning these brackets pivot so the window can be pulled forward

Thanks for writing in. This is called a pivot bar. We can help you find a possible replacement, but I'd like to see an undamaged version of your old one, if possible. That would give us a better idea of what you need. Many thanks.

I don't have an undamaged one but the piece that broke off held a recessed screw that screwed into the bottom of the sash

I'm just not sure. Your style is a little peculiar and we haven't found anything like it. Could something like our 26-402 work?
