double hung window sash lock needed

Question

This is a 10 year old Ellison 1300 series replacement window made by Atrium. The sash lock is released by an internal magnet when the window is closed. To open you push the button and it retracts the hook latch and it suppose to stay retracted until you open and shut the window again. This latch does not stay retracted.

Unfortunately, we don't have any lock that matches what you show here. I do wonder if you could maybe use our 90-313. That has the same kind of hook, but you will very likely have to redrill mounting holes. See what you think.
