double hung window, upper window sash coil

Question

I do not see any numbers or brand names on the window.  This is upper sash coil and both sides are broken.  This upper sash weighs 14.5 lbs.  Can you tell me which replacement coil to order?  thanks!

Looks like you just need a new pivot shoe. Take a look at our 15-180, I'm very confident that this will work for you.
