double hung window with coil balance & pivot shoe. Has 4.610.106 on it

Question

Looking for these parts for vinayl double hung window with coil balance and pivot shoe. the shoe has 4.610.106 writtent on it. The frame which houses the shoe is 1.7/16" or 1.5" width and about 0.5" depth (pictures)
Coil balance coild do not have clear markings and they coil is broken, I cant figure out what weight coils I should get.

Also need tilt latch attached in photo.
If you can help find the parts.

Hello,

We can't be sure of the tilt latch you need based on a damaged part, but the 26-243A and 26-244A would be a good place to start. Take a look and compare the specifications below to an intact latch.

As for the pivot shoe, take a look and compare the 15-191 shoe to yours, which uses the S160 coil springs. If yours have no stamps, you'll need to weigh the sash and divide it by the number of springs used on both sides to determine the correct strength options. Thanks for posting!
