watched your video on how to replace channel balances. in the past i have purchsed parts to repair the balances and had you make a couple of them. I am looking for the plastic that goes between the frame and the sashes that the channel balances mount to I know you would need the size of the windows but I dont know how to measure them. trying to see if you sell them

I'm afraid I don't know exactly what it is you're looking for. Would it be possible to see a photo of the part in question? It sounds like you might be referring to the top sash guide, which is a plastic cap installed on the top corners of the sash. They keep the balance in place as the window operates.

If this is accurate, then I need you to remove an undamaged version and show me a clear shot of the front an side. Think of it like a mugshot.

If I'm wrong, please supply photos of the part in question so that I have a better idea of what you need.
