double sash window pivot pins

Can you tell from this label who makes the window and whether you have parts for it. As it says in the subject area, I need two pivot pins for this window. Lower sash if it matters.

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the label does not indicate the hardware that your window uses. We'll need to see photos of an undamaged pivot bar removed from the window, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
