drawer guide

Hi! I recently bought my home and the drawer broke. The attached picture shows the part that pushes into the part at the wall that holds the bar on the drawer. I found two packages in my basement that have the bars but no more of the little tan pieces thatlook like my broken piece. That is what the second picture is of- the label on the package. I need to find these replacement pieces to fix my drawer. Thank you!
