We purchased some furniture at a local retailer Gardner's Furniture) a few years ago and the drawer guides have broken, which allows the drawer to drop to the floor when it is opened and not supported. The furniture was manufactured by Hooker Furniture, and when we contacted them they indicated that they no longer manufacture this particular product line, but they did forward a link to manufacturers that made the drawer guides. We checked out the various drawer guide options and found what we believe to be a match - as manufactured by your company.
The plastic piece secures to the back of the drawer and has two 'fingers' that extend in at the bottom. Per the attached photo, the one on the left has the 'fingers' intact and the one on the right has them broken off. You can see that there is also an extension of the wooden rail that extends through the plastic piece. From the manufacturer's link from Hooker, this appears to match your Swisco Product Code 32-036. The bottom slot measures 1 1/8" wide and about 5/16" high - the total width of the plastic piece is about 2 1/2" and the overall height is about 1 3/4".
If at all possible, could you please check this product data and let me know if this is the drawer guide we need before we place an order? If it is we will be needing 5 of these (3 for replacements of broken product and 2 spares for future replacement).
Thanks you in advance for your assistance with this issue.
Respectfully submitted,
Gary
