drawer track backplate replacement

Question

I unfortunately do not have any names, numbers  or markings.  It is from a kitchen cabinet drawer likely installed in 2006.  Thank you for any information you can provide on any replacement part that might work.  The inner part of the backplate where the drawer rail would fit measures 1 1/8 " by 1 7/16 ".
