dresser drawer pull

Question

I am looking for replacement handles for an antique dresser. The photo is a sample of one , it is missing the round portion on one side. The round piece is actually a separate piece the handle fits in a hole allowing it to swing.

Can you tell us how far apart the screw-holes in the cabinet are? We may not have this exact handle, but we can try to find one that fits as a substitute, if you want.
